Scrumptious layers of creamy yogurt, fresh berries and soft, cinnamon-sugar cookies. Berrrrry good! You can even use fancy, plastic fluted champagne or wine glasses for an even more dramatic effect.
What you’ll need:
Coconut milk yogurt (or soy or dairy – according to your preference, any flavor)
Sliced strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries (or any other fruit combination)
Soft, allergy-friendly cookies (we used Trader Joe’s Snickerdoodles)
Clif’s Kid’s twisted fruit (optional)
Clear plastic cups and spoons
1. Build layers starting with the cookie layer – crumble one cookie right into the bottom of the cup.
2. Then add a layer of yogurt and a layer of berries.
